Placeteco fabrique de nombreuses pi\u00e8ces a\u00e9rospatiales par moulage de polyur\u00e9thane. Nous travaillons avec des mousses de polyur\u00e9thane rigides et flexibles. Ce proc\u00e9d\u00e9 consiste \u00e0 m\u00e9langer et \u00e0 couler du polyur\u00e9thane liquide dans un moule, o\u00f9 il durcit pour prendre la forme souhait\u00e9e. Les surfaces non cosm\u00e9tiques sont ensuite usin\u00e9es afin de respecter les tol\u00e9rances dimensionnelles requises.<\/p>\n\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\n

Le polyur\u00e9thane liquide est m\u00e9lang\u00e9 puis coul\u00e9 dans des moules. Un autoclave est ensuite utilis\u00e9 pour \u00e9liminer l’air emprisonn\u00e9 pendant le durcissement. Des inserts m\u00e9talliques peuvent \u00eatre moul\u00e9s pour renforcer la rigidit\u00e9, conform\u00e9ment aux exigences du plan.<\/p>\n\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n\n <\/div>\n
